“聚祥”全自動卸磚打包機，是在半自動打包機的基礎上，進行了技術創(chuàng)新，配置自動卸磚系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用了我公司全自動碼坯機的原理，由升降、平移、回轉動作組成。卸磚機夾具從窯車上夾取磚塊，分為整層一次抓取或多次抓取，經(jīng)過平移動作，放在編組臺上，然后由打包系統(tǒng)完成編組、碼垛、打包，最后由叉車叉起外運，完成整個卸磚打包過程。

The“JuXiang” fully automatic brick unloading and baling machine is based on thesemi-automatic baler, which has carried out technological innovation and isequipped with an automatic brick unloading system. The system adopts theprinciple of the company's automatic setting machine and consists of lifting,translation and rotation actions. The fixture of the brick unloading machinepicks up the bricks from the kiln cart and divides them into one grab ormultiple grab of the entire layer. After the translation action, it is placedon the assembly table, and then the baling system completes the grouping,palletizing, baling, and finally the forklift forks up for  transportation to complete the entire brickunloading and baling process.
